This section describes the modalities for Primeur’s website management regarding handling of personal data collected from the user.
This information note is also valid for the purposes of the Code on the protection of personal data (art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) for the subjects who interact with Primeur and can be reached at the address corresponding to the home page: www.primeur.com
The information is provided only for Primeur and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein.
The purpose of this document is to provide information about the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when connecting to Primeur’s web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection, in accordance with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered by art. 29th Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 for the on-line collection of personal data.
2. Data processing
When using Primeur, data relating to identified or identifiable people may be processed to provide services or to improve these services, both for identification of the user’s language and for more complex services.

Designated by the data controller, is responsible for processing pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code Primeur Suisse SA, as being in charge of the maintenance of Primeur’s technological side.
Data processing generated by the use of Primeur’s website takes place at the headquarters of the data controller with the intervention of the persons in charge of it. If necessary, data relating to the newsletter service may be processed by the controller or by persons appointed by him/her for this purpose at the relevant place.
The data processed
Cookies are data that are sent by Primeur to the user’s internet browser and are stored by the user for retransmission to the website at the next visit.

From the duration point of view, it is possible to distinguish temporary session cookies that are automatically deleted at the end of the navigation session and are used to identify the user and to avoid the login at each page visited and permanent cookies that remain active on the pc until expiry or elimination by the user.
Session cookies may be installed in order to allow access and permanence in the reserved area of the portal as an authenticated user.
Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers consisting of random numbers generated by the server necessary to allow safe and efficient site exploration.
Third party cookies
Cookies sent to the browser directly from the site you are visiting and those sent to the computer by third parties from other sites and not from the one you are visiting are distinguished in relation to their origin.
Persistent cookies are often third party cookies.

The detection is carried out anonymously, in order to monitor performance and improve the usability of the website. Third party profiling cookies are used to create user profiles in order to offer advertising messages in line with the choices made by users.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but which could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, enable users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, the URL notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user.
These data are used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website, to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
The data could be used to verify responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the website: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data supplied by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this website involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed in the pages of the website prepared for particular services on request.
3. Optional data provision
The user is always free to provide the personal data required for sending informative material, except for what is necessary for navigation.
Failure to do so, on the other hand, may make it impossible to obtain the information requested.
4. Data treatment
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
5. Rights of data subjects
Information about the content, origin, accuracy, integration, updating or correction of data is accessible to the data owner as well as their existence in the Primeur archives, which can be verified by request. You also have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.

6. Data security provided
The security of the data is guaranteed during the use of the platform by the compliance of the procedures adopted by Primeur with the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) with particular regard to the user’s personal data.
