Product Lifecycle and End-of-Life information

This page provides lifecycle information for Primeur software products, including General Availability dates, supported platforms, and End-of-Life dates for each published product version.

The information is intended to help customers plan upgrades, assess support coverage, and avoid running business-critical workloads on versions that are no longer covered by standard support.

The information on this page may be updated periodically. Changes are recorded in the change log at the end of the page.

Lifecycle terminology

• General Availability (GA): the date on which a product version became generally available for customer use
• End of Life (EOL): the date after which the product version is no longer covered by standard support; after this date, Primeur does not normally provide new fixes, patches, certifications, or maintenance updates for that version, unless a specific extended support agreement is in place.

DATA ONE

Data One is a suite of software products that can be deployed either as an integrated platform or as individual components.

The suite includes:

• DATA MOVER
• DATA SHAPER
• DATA WATCHER
  

Unless otherwise specified, lifecycle information provided in this section applies to these products whether they are deployed as part of the Data One suite or as standalone components.

SPAZIO MFT/S - Distributed Platforms 

Spazio MFT/S Distributed Platforms may include additional add-ons, toolkits, utilities, and management consoles.

Unless a separate lifecycle policy is published for a specific component, these components follow the lifecycle of the corresponding Spazio MFT/S version. They are therefore available and supported only for Spazio MFT/S versions that have not reached End-of-Life, unless a specific extended support agreement is in place.

Related components include, but are not limited to:

• Spazio API C Toolkit
• Spazio Management Console
• Spazio Multi Node (aka Node Configurator)
• Spazio Helpdesk (aka Spazio HD)
• Spazio File Extender (aka SPFE)

SPAZIO MFT/S -  z/OS

Spazio MFT/S – z/OS may include additional add-ons, toolkits, utilities, and management consoles.

Unless a separate lifecycle policy is published for a specific component, these components follow the lifecycle of the corresponding Spazio MFT/S version. They are therefore available and supported only for Spazio MFT/S versions that have not reached End-of-Life, unless a specific extended support agreement is in place.

Unless a separate lifecycle policy is published for a specific Standalone Data Watcher Agent, these Agents follow the lifecycle of the corresponding Standalone Data Watcher version.

SPAZIO MFT/S Orchestration Suite and Agents

Spazio Orchestration Suite could include separately installed Orchestration Suite Agents.

Unless a separate lifecycle policy is published for a specific Orchestration Suite Agent, these Agents follow the lifecycle of the corresponding Spazio Orchestration Suite version.
