Edoardo Musso

Edoardo joined IBM Italy first as a system engineer and subsequently in Sales before being promoted to management roles. After he was a CTO in Bonomi Group one of the biggest insurance group company in Italy. In 1986 he founded Primeur, Currently he is President of Primeur.
Since many years his innovative vision has a solid and long lasting reputation wordwide in the Data Integration market arena. Edoardo Musso has been a member of the MOMA (Message Oriented Middleware Association). And then into IMWA (International Middleware Association).

Stefano Musso

Stefano graduated in Economics in 2005. After University he started working in Primeur, initially in HR followed by a period in Admin/General Management before moving into Sales. In 2007, after a period in the USA, Stefano Musso achieved a Master Certification in Business English. With this broad experience of all aspects of Primeur’s business, Stefano moved on the growth of Primeur internationally holding the position of International Sales Director. In 2013 he becomes Chief Operating Officer and in 2016 he takes on the role of CEO of Primeur.

Luca Musso

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with over 15 years of experience in strategic product management, middleware, solution architecture, key relationships, information technology (IT) development, customer support and global team leadership for data integration software companies. A technology enthusiast with extensive experience in managing high-performance teams to design complete solutions to complex customer problems.

Result-oriented leader with excellent interpersonal skills to establish partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders and to guide team members towards excellence, consistently exceeding customer expectations and contributing to the company’s growth. Before coming back to Primeur in January 2020, he served as Director of Customer Success at Adeptia (Chicago-IL) for several years, participating in the growth of the company and the acquisition of several Fortune 500 customers.

Matteo Boga
CFO & HR Director ad interim

With over 15 years of experience in the environmental and renewable energy in a listed company, Matteo Boga held positions of Administrative Officer, Coordinator and Head of Financial Planning and Management Control, he gained significant experience of extraordinary transactions, such as IPO, leverage buyouts, bond issuance , project financing and debt restructuring . He Joined Primeur Group at the end of 2014.

Paloma Hernández
CEO Spain & Latam e VP Global Services & Support Spain & Latam

Paloma is Spanish, Portuguese and Latam Market Manager with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, three languages spoken. Paloma Hernàndez has more than 30 years of experience in IT covering Industry in Citröen Spain as IT Car Production Software Manager and Banking in Banco Español de Credito as IT New Technologies Manager. She joined Primeur in 1992. In 2001 Paloma was awarded with the Leading Women Entrepreneur award in Paris becoming member of this prestigious Women club.

Stefano Pagnoncelli
Marketing & Communication Director

Graduated in Marketing & Communication at the University of Bergamo, Stefano gained his experience for important B2B multinationals such as Italcementi Group and HeidelbergCement, holding positions of responsibility in the USA, Spain and Italy.

After having designed the rebraning of the entire Italcementi Group’s commercial offer, he moved to Spain to take over the Marketing and Communication responsibilities of the Spanish subsidiary, a position that he maintains also after the acquisition of the Italian multinational by HeidelbergCement. In Spain he also obtained the Executive MBA at ESIC – Marketing and Business School.

He joined Primeur Group in February 2020 with responsibility for all the Marketing & Communication activities of the Group.

Stefano Chini Balla
Delivery Director

Manager in the field of software products development and projects delivery, Stefano Chini Balla gained 25 years of experience in the insurance market where he has held technical and management positions both in Italy and abroad. He was member of the board of a listed company leader in producing software for insurance carriers. He has managed for several years large project teams delivering solution to enterprise clients at global scale. Passionate for technology and innovation, he was born in Ivrea where he could breathe the atmosphere of IT center created by Olivetti.

Jacopo Tenconi
VP Business Development & Strategic Alliances

Graduated as Telecommunication Engineer in 1995 at Politecnico of Milan and MBA graduated in 2006 at BBS – University of Bologna, Jacopo Tenconi made his career in the Information Technology and Telco Sector, with major business development and sales management roles in large size corporations of the likes of Siemens and Cable & Wireless (now Vodafone).

He has been extensively working and living abroad, mainly in India, Germany, Spain, UK, France whilst businesswise he increased his focus on Big Data adoption and Innovation for legacy enterprises in recent years.

Marco Giannuzzi
Sales Director Italy

Sales Manager with 30 years of experience in the enterprise-class sales industry. Marco Giannuzzi held several roles in leading clients, from Software Consultant to Account Manager. He was Area Sales Manager, BU Leader, Top Client Team Leader and even Regional Sales Director. Precise and scrupulous in everyday activities, he likes to maintain direct contact with customers and increase sensitivity directly on the field.

Cristiano Lazzari
Technical Sales Director

Cristiano brings over 20 years of experience in the IT practice, working for different international tier-1 clients. Cristiano has worked on several projects, covering roles from software developer to project manager.

For the last 10 years, he shifted to a more business-oriented role, working as solution architect directly with the sales team. Holding a Computer Science degree, Cristiano joined Primeur in 2018, aiming to increase its business growth by providing technical leadership and guidance around the company’s architectural approach.

Silvio Contardi
VP Services & Support Italy and Switzerland

Over 35 years of experience in the IT industry on enterprise-class clients, he has held various roles, from Software Consultant to Account Manager. He joined PRIMEUR as Manager of the Milan branch reorganizing both the sales and the services area as BU leader, until he completely dedicated himself to sales as Sales Team Leader.

From 2020 he accepts a new challenge as VP of Services Italy and Switzerland, with a lot of enthusiasm and a touch of inventiveness he aims to develop the services offer to meet globally the new and continuous needs that complex integration environments require. Determined and loyal in relationships, he strongly believes that teamwork is fundamental to the success of the strategy.
