- Problem title
The title summarizes the key elements of the problem (see the product/platform specific sections for some examples)
- Problem Description
Provide a short description by specifying:
- the operation that produces the error (configuration, start up, transmission, acquisition, compression, encryption, etc.)
- error codes and description
- when the problem has occurred (day and time), also specify if was the first time, repetition of occurrence, under which conditions
- interaction of the product (e.g., SPAZIO 2 D.P.-SPAZIO 2 z/OS, Data Secure Tandem-Data Secure z/OS)
- description of the operations that have led to the problem
- any changes to the system from last successful run (hardware and software)
- any indications useful for reproducing the error in the lab
