1. Premise

This section describes the modalities for Primeur’s website management regarding handling of personal data collected from the user.

This information note is also valid for the purposes of the Code on the protection of personal data (art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) for the subjects who interact with Primeur and can be reached at the address corresponding to the home page: www.primeur.com

The information is provided only for Primeur and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein.

The purpose of this document is to provide information about the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when connecting to Primeur’s web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection, in accordance with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered by art. 29th Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 for the on-line collection of personal data.

Designated by the data controller, is responsible for processing pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code Primeur Suisse SA, as being in charge of the maintenance of Primeur’s technological side.

 

Place

Data processing generated by the use of Primeur’s website takes place at the headquarters of the data controller with the intervention of the persons in charge of it. If necessary, data relating to the newsletter service may be processed by the controller or by persons appointed by him/her for this purpose at the relevant place.
