Java Senior Developer - Ref. 11
The ideal candidate must have an excellent knowledge and extensive working experience with the Java Platform and the associated languages/technologies in multi-platform, multi-threaded software development scenarios.
Must have requirements:
- Working experience with Eclipse JDT for Java development
- Working experience in product development
- Working experience with multi-threading programming and server side programming in general
- Working experience with Web Services Technologies and Protocols
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (2000, XP, 2003), Linux and other UNIX operating systems (from a developer's perspective)
- Working experience with scripting languages (e.g. Jython, Ruby, Rhino, Perl, Unix shell)
- Working experience with ANT and Build Automation Systems (CruiseControl, Maven, Hudson, etc.)
- Working experience with J2SE (from 1.3 up to 1.6) with strong experience on J2SE 1.5
- Working experience with J2EE (from 1.2 up to 1.5) with strong experience on J2EE 1.5
- Working experience in team leadership roles
Should have requirements:
- Working experience with IBM WebSphere Family products (WAS, WMB, WMQ, WESB, WPS)
- Knowledge of J2C
- Knowledge of C/C++
- Knowledge of the z/OS platform
- Knowledge of non-IBM application integration middleware
- Availability to travel and work in Italy
Language skills: good English communication skills
